The Scriptures:
The Holy Bible, written by divinely inspired men, serves as God's revelation of Himself to humanity. It is a flawless treasure trove of divine guidance with God as its author, salvation as its goal, and truth without any admixture of error as its essence. Therefore, all Scripture is entirely true and reliable. It unveils the principles by which God judges us and serves as the ultimate standard against which all human conduct, creeds, and religious beliefs should be measured. The Bible bears witness to Christ, who is the focal point of divine revelation.
God:
There is only one living and true God, who eternally exists as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—distinct in their personal attributes, yet indivisible in nature, essence, and being.
God the Father:
As Father, God sovereignly reigns over His universe, creatures, and the course of human history with providential care according to His grace. He is the Father to those who become His children through faith in Jesus Christ.
God the Son:
Christ, the eternal Son of God, was conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin in His incarnation as Jesus Christ. He upheld divine law through His personal obedience and, through His substitutionary death on the cross, provided redemption from sin for all humanity.
God the Holy Spirit:
The Holy Spirit is the fully divine Spirit of God. He exalts Christ, convicts individuals of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and enlightens and empowers believers and the church in worship, evangelism, and service.
Man:
Man, created in God's image as the pinnacle of His creation, male and female, possesses inherent dignity and is worthy of respect and Christian love. Through their free will, humans sinned against God, introducing sin into the human race.
Salvation:
Salvation encompasses the redemption of the whole person and is freely offered to all who accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Broadly, salvation includes regeneration, justification, sanctification, and glorification.
God's Purpose of Grace:
God's gracious purpose of election involves regenerating, justifying, sanctifying, and glorifying sinners. True believers endure to the end, and those accepted by God in Christ and sanctified by His Spirit will never fall from grace but will persevere until the end.
Evangelism & Missions:
Every follower of Christ and church of the Lord Jesus Christ has a duty and privilege to endeavor to make disciples of all nations. This is achieved by constantly striving to win the lost for Christ through verbal witness, underpinned by a Christian lifestyle, and other methods consistent with the gospel of Christ. The gospel of God originates in and reflects the marvelous perfections of the eternal, triune God.
